 An Open Letter to Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt:
Dear Governor Stitt,
There is a chasm in our culture. It is not between pro-lifers and pro-choicers. It is between those who possess moral opinions about abortion and those who take moral action to stop abortion. It is time to move beyond the profession of a pro-life position and the promise to “protect life.” The only way to truly protect all human beings in the womb is by abolishing abortion. The only way to abolish abortion is by defying the unconstitutional ruling in Roe v. Wade and criminalizing abortion as murder.
Please do more than promise to “sign any pro-life bill “ that makes it to your desk. Dozens of pro-life bills have been signed by pro-life governors in pro-life Oklahoma, and yet thousands of children are still being murdered every year in our state. It is time to move beyond the pro-life strategy of merely regulating abortion. It is time for Oklahoma to become the first Abortion-Free State.
We don’t need another status-quo, pro-life politician for Governor. We need an Abolitionist Governor who will take a stand and use their lawful authority to create a true culture of life in our state by establishing equal justice for all human beings immediately. The murder of innocent children by abortion already violates the highest laws of our land and your executive leadership and action is the key to bringing about the abolition of abortion. There is no need to wait for the courts to change their mind or for the legislature to pass a measure. Your responsibility is to act today.
Will you be that Governor? Will you be our generation’s Wilberforce? Or will you be content to regulate abortion, thereby signing your name in history as the Governor who did nothing to free the state of Oklahoma from its participation in the American Abortion Holocaust? Now is the time to Abolish Abortion in Oklahoma. You can lead the nation in repentance and change the course of human history. Becoming a “top-ten state” will not matter one bit if you choose not to lead in this area.
Be strong and courageous. If you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise from another place and bring shame upon you. But perhaps you were appointed for such a time as this! If you stand up, we will support you! We will rally to you! If you seek justice and lead the fight against the lawless and bloody tyranny of the Supreme Court, we will follow you.

WHAT GOVERNOR STITT
OUGHT TO DO

IF GOV. STITT AGREES WITH THESE IDEAS, HE SHOULD BE OPEN TO ADOPTING A PLAN TO ABOLISH ABORTION SIMILAR TO THIS ONE:

  1. Hold necessary preliminary meetings with city, county, and state police chiefs to pre-select commanding officers and officers who are committed to the plan and will stand their ground.

  2. Hold a press conference announcing the immediate abolition of abortion in Oklahoma per the above premises and oath of office.

  3. Explain the entire plan from start to finish.

    a. Announce date and method of abolition.

    b. Outline method of filing complaint/pressing charges once law
    is being enforced, including for those who have proof of self-
    administered abortions.

    c. Answer anticipated questions and objections.

  4. Call an emergency special session of the Oklahoma Legislature
    to enact the Abolition of Abortion in Oklahoma Act to bring
    Oklahoma statutes into agreement with the higher laws. This
    Act would lessen the likelihood of lower courts throwing cases out based on contradictory statutes. It is important to note that since it takes two-thirds of the State House and Senate to override the governor’s veto, then his veto is worth 100 votes in the Oklahoma Legislature. Therefore, he can force the issue by vetoing other bills and the budget until they pass a bill of abolition. The governor can lead and drive the issue to a resolution.

  5. On the first practicable date, order state police to descend upon all abortion facilities to set up barricades and prevent entry to any party other than the registered owner.

  6. Expect all law enforcement personnel to stand their ground, even in the face of unconstitutional court orders which would certainly be forthcoming.

  7. Refuse to back down or remove police, no matter what, until properties are re-let.

  8. Coordinate with the State Attorney General to press charges and prosecute cases that arise from new evidence received after the effective date of abolition.

  9. Call upon President Trump to stand with Oklahoma.

  10. Call upon Christians in Oklahoma to practice pure and undefiled religion (James 1:27), assisting mothers and fathers who would have formerly sought abortion.

  11. Call upon the governors of other states to follow Oklahoma’s righteous example.

WHAT GOVERNOR STITT
OUGHT TO BELIEVE

THE STRATEGY TO ABOLISH ABORTION REQUIRES KEVIN STITT TO ACCEPT THESE IDEAS AS TRUE:

  1. Every human being, regardless of age or development, is intrinsically valuable simply because he/she is a human being made in the Image of God.

  2. A unique human being comes into existence once the process of fertilization is complete.

  3. Innocent human beings have the God-given right not to be killed.

  4. The primary purpose of government is to protect God-given rights.

  5. Abortion is the killing of an innocent human being; therefore abortion is murder and should be treated as such under the law.

  6. Per the Constitution’s guarantees of the right to life and equal protection of the laws recorded in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, abortion is unconstitutional and unlawful.

  7. Per the Oklahoma Constitution’s guarantee of the right to life recorded in Article 2 Sections 2 and 7, abortion is unconstitutional and unlawful.

  8. Per Oklahoma’s homicide definition recorded in Title 21 § 691, abortion is criminal homicide.

  9. Those Oklahoma state statutes describing “legal abortion” conflict with higher laws. They are both monstrously evil and obviously unconstitutional. Therefore, they are null and void.

  10. Roe v Wade and its corollaries violate the clear wording and meaning of the U.S. Constitution; therefore, they are null and void.

  11. Executives have a duty to uphold the Constitution regardless of how other officials ignore or lie about the Constitution.

  12. Higher even than Constitutions, all men everywhere have a transcendent and moral duty to disregard and, where possible, resist an order from a superior to allow mass murder.

  13. Roe v. Wade and its corollaries are orders from SCOTUS to the various and United States to permit mass murder. Therefore, the various and United States have a transcendent moral obligation to ignore and, where possible, resist Roe v. Wade and its corollaries.

  14. All law enforcement personnel have a duty to protect innocent human beings within their jurisdictions.

  15. The Governor of the state is the highest ranking executive officer in the state.

  16. The Governor has a moral and legal duty to take executive action to save innocent lives in his state.

 

 Will Governor Stitt Stand by his principles?

STITT CAN LEAD THE NATION BY MAKING OKLAHOMA THE FIRST STATE TO EXERCISE ITS RESPONSIBILITY
TO UPHOLD THE PRINCIPLES IN THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
AND THE TEXT OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.

On the campaign trail, Kevin Stitt often claimed he was the most pro-life candidate in the race, “Even more pro-life than Dan Fisher,” who ran on a platform of asserting state sovereignty to abolish abortion. Stitt said he would sign legislation banning or restricting abortion, even if it would violate abortion rights granted by the US Supreme Court in two major decisions. Stitt said he would sign every piece of anti-abortion legislation that came to him.

He believes the right things. We are just calling on him to act on those beliefs and abolish abortion.
